In September 2016, I completed a preparatory course in ITIL V3 2011 for further certification. In it, it analyzed all the phases of the cycle of the service deepening in the following areas:

• IT Service Management according to the ITIL model
• The service life cycle
• Service strategy
• Service Design
• Service Transition
• Operation of the service
• Continuous improvement of service
• Technology for the management of services

Once I have obtained the final certificate of the course, I am waiting to take the certification exam which I will carry out throughout 2017.
